In our most recent bi-annual client satisfaction survey, 94 percent of A-Check Clients rated A-Check’s systems as Excellent, Very Good or Good. Five percent rated our systems as Fair.
The survey, sent to active clients every six months, helps us keep a pulse on what we are doing right, and also what could use improvement.
Surveys are received and tabulated, and any issues are addressed via direct communication with clients. In our experience, most issues are resolved through additional training, which A-Check provides free of charge.
The survey is a perfect vehicle for clients who want to provide input into making A-Check work best for them. From process improvements to technology upgrades to new services, the Client Satisfaction Survey is the voice of our clients and we value the input provided.
