Martin Shoemaker holds a Ph.D. in psychology and since 1977 has devoted the majority of his career to applying psychological science to organizational behavior, workplace improvement and high performance. His most recent focus has been on the growing disciplines contributing to Talent Management including using predictive analytics for scientific selection and career development. He has lectured at several universities in the United States, published articles in both academic journals and business publications and has given numerous presentations at academic and business conferences throughout North America. As President of PHD, Dr. Shoemaker is responsible for overseeing operations, business and product development.
